Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Approved returns must come back to my address in Ashford, UK, by a tracked postal service and marked Return Merchandise for Customs Clearance if arrives form cross border
Cancellations: accepted
I usually dispatch within the same working day including Saturdays so please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
Vat and Import Taxes
If purchasing cross border you may be subject to duty, taxes or VAT at your end. Please know that I am unable to determine if you will have to pay these fees to receive your purchase from me. This is determined by your own Country's Government, and it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of that information from your Government's website.
Free International Delivery and Free Gift Wrap
I only use Tracked and Signed services, including Royal Mail, UPS, DHL and FedEx so you will be able to track you parcel all the way down to you.
Your order will arrive in a jewellery pouch or box, wrapped with tissue paper. However, please contact me if you have special gift wrap requests.
